Can an expert pay to be featured on a page?
No. Experts are featured because of their business record, not a payment. An enhanced profile adds photos and project stories; it never changes who appears or where.
Why is it free to ask an expert a question?
Some businesses pay us when a homeowner chooses to send them a request. You never pay, and your question only goes to the people you tick.
How can I tell a paid placement from a featured expert?
Paid placements carry a "Sponsored" label and sit apart from the featured experts. If it isn't labelled, nobody paid for it.
